How do I place an order for FW products?
There are multiple ways to submit your order. Note that orders must be in writing and cannot be placed over the phone.
1. Online - You can now place your orders online. If you do not yet have an online account, please click here.
2. Email: send your order by email to the Customer Service Department at info@fersten.com.
3. Fax: send your order by fax to 1-800-565-5624. -
What are the opening hours?
To better serve you, FW’s knowledgeable Customer Service team is available to answer any questions you may have from 8am to 6pm EST. -
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Lead times may vary by decoration technique. Consult the complete list of available decoration options for individual details here. Standard delays are as follows:
1. Non-decorated orders: items ordered before 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day (excluding US destinations – next day).
2. Domestically Decoration orders: 5 business days upon confirmed written order and sample approval (excluding pewter orders – 10-15 business days).
3. Overseas Custom Decoration orders: 9 weeks by ocean upon confirmed written order and sample approval. -
What methods of payment are accepted?
Visa and Master Card.

How do I know that my order has been processed?
An automated email will be sent to you once your order has been processed. -
How do I know my order shipped?
An automated email confirming your tracking will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. -
Can I purchase blank (non-decorated) FW products?
All Fersten Worldwide products can be purchased blank with a minimum order of 24 pieces. -
Does FW provide written quotes?
Customer Service will provide written quotes within 24 hours by email. -
Do I have to use FW’s carrier?
Fersten Worldwide’s preferred carrier is UPS; however our Customer Service team will be happy to ship your order via the carrier of your choice. -
What kind of domestic decoration services do you offer?
Fersten Worldwide is continuously in search of the latest decoration technology to offer a variety of decoration techniques domestically. Choose from the following options for your next order: Flat Embroidery, 2D Pewter, 3D pewter, Colorfill Pewter, Ballmarkers, Laser Etching, Debossing, Screen Printing, Fabric Appliqués and Woven Labels. -
Does FW offer spec samples?
Fersten Worldwide offers a FREE SPEC SAMPLE. FW will decorate, at no charge, your choice of any style with your logo using any of our innovative techniques (Embroidery, Laser Etching, Debossing). FW will also ship the sample to you for free. Along with your FREE SPEC SAMPLE, you will receive a domestic & overseas quote sheet. The FREE SPEC SAMPLE program cannot be used for self-promotion. Does FW accept custom orders?
With a dedicated team at your service, the FW Custom Overseas Program is built to seamlessly transition from development to sampling to production, perfect for those looking for creativity, flexibility, quality driven product and most important – on time delivery for any event. -
What are the minimums for overseas orders?
The minimum order for overseas custom production is 432 pieces. 576 pieces "split" minimum quantities are available for 288 pieces each same logo/ different colors. -
What are the standard production times for decorated orders?

What is FERST-Pass Embroidery?
Customers may register their domestic decoration programs with FERST-Pass to secure an accelerated turnaround time. This is only applicable for domestically decorated program orders (pure repeat orders). Click here for more details. -
Do you have sample kits for sales?
Yes, FW has various apparel and headwear sample kits available. Custom built kits are also available - contact the FW Customer Service Team by emailing info@fersten.com.
