Where are your products made?
Fersten Worldwide is both an importer and domestic manufacturer of a full line of APPAREL, HEADWEAR, NAFTA FRIENDLY PRODUCTS AND WINTER WEAR. Fersten Worldwide offers a broad range of custom decorating options each of which can be produced domestically or overseas.

How do I order your products?

When are you open?
To better serve you, our knowledgeable Customer Service staff is available to answer any questions you may have from 8am to 6pm EST.

When will my order be ready?
In-stock items ordered before 3 p.m. EST are usually shipped the same day. Regular production delays can be expected on pewter and embroidery programs. In Western Canada, in-stock products can be picked up directly at our Western Distribution Center (Blanx Wholesale) in Edmonton.

What are your payment methods?
We accept Visa or MasterCard. If you wish to open an account, Customer Service will provide you with the necessary forms.

How is my order confirmed?
Your order will automatically be confirmed to you by email.

How do you confirm shipping?
Your shipment including, your tracking number, is automatically confirmed to you by email.

Do you sell blank products?
All Fersten Worldwide product can be purchased blank and has been designed for embroidery and pewter decoration. Fersten Worldwide will decorate any of our product with EMBROIDERY (Flat, 3D Puff, Double 3D Puff or Textured) or PEWTER (2D, 3D, COLOR, HANDCRAFTED) for an additional charge. All features and pricing is available in our printed price list. Please contact Customer Service at info@fersten.com should you require additional information.

What services do you provide?
Our highly knowledgeable Customer Service team can explain the styles available, help you create custom and in-stock programs, explain our new programs, check on your order status, and help make your job easier.

Do you provide written quotes?
Customer Service will provide written quotes within 24 hours by fax or email.

Do I have to use your carrier?
The best rates are available through UPS, however if you have another preference, our Customer Service Department will be happy to oblige.

How many styles do you have?
We carry over 200 in-stock headwear styles, 85 in-stock Apparel styles & over 25 Winter styles. We can always accommodate custom orders.

Do you offer spec samples?
Fersten Worldwide offers a FREE SPEC SAMPLE. We will embroider your logo using any of our innovative embroidery techniques (Flat, 3D Puff, Double 3D Puff or Textured) on any sample of our products for you at no charge. Fersten Worldwide will also pay to ship the sample to you. Along with your FREE SPEC SAMPLE, you will receive a domestic & overseas quote sheet. What are your minimums for overseas orders?
432FW Customer Overseas Production. The minimum order for overseas custom production is 432 pieces. 576 pieces "split" minimum quantities are available for 288 pieces each same logo/ different colors.

What is the standard production time for overseas orders?
9 weeks by ocean freight, 6 weeks by Air Freight, 5 weeks by UPS / FedEx. Delivery time starts once sample is approved & order is confirmed by FW in writing.

What are your domestic minimums for embroidery?
Headwear minimum order is 72 pieces decorated with any of our innovative decorations options (Flat, 3D Puff, Double 3D Puff or Textured). Apparel minimum order is 36 pieces decorated with any of our innovative decorations options (Flat, 3D Puff, Double 3D Puff or Textured).

What is the standard production time for domestic orders?
Tape (if required) - 2 to 3 days Production - 5 Day Delivery Guarantee* upon production sample approval and confirmation of order by FW. (*Delivery Guarantee is valid for customers who are in good credit standing with Fersten Worldwide at time of shipping)

What is the minimum quantity I can order for blank product?
24 pieces

What is the minimum quantity for pewter logos?
Fersten Worldwide will provide pewter logos for all our apparel, headwear, and accessories for a low minimum of 72 pieces.

What is a panel program?
Fersten Worldwide is a domestic manufacturer therefore we can embroider on certain products before assembly and assemble the product afterwards.

What is the 3M-Reflective Program?
3M Scotchlite Reflective materials are available on a number of Fersten Worldwide products. We will private label the product with a 3M ScotchliteT woven label inside and a 3M ScotchliteT hang tag.

What other custom programs do you offer?
We provide customized knitwear with your logo knit in during production on many of our apparel, headwear, and accessories styles. Please contact our Customer Satisfaction Department for further details.
