Located in Montreal and under the supervision of the System Administrator, the IT Associate will support the technology aspect of the company’s daily activities. The IT Associate will be responsible for building reports, repairing hardware and software issues and assisting in the many IT related projects, among other things.
1. Support the system administrator to ensure an exemplary service for the customers
- Diagnose the source of a problem and fix it
- Assist customers with any issues they may have
- Build/install/move workstations
- Ensure the functionality of all IT services
2. Generate reports for intern customers
- Take necessary steps to understand the clients need
- Build the report the clients specification
- Present it in a clear fashion
3. Create, prepare and update department documents
4. Take part in the various projects of the department that need to be done in the next year

Embroidery machine operator
Position: Embroidery machine operator
Location: Montreal (Mount-Royal)

General description:
Reporting to the Production Manager, our embroiderers are responsible for the entire embroidery process from the beginning to the end. Keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of every day, embroiderers are responsible for superior quality and timeliness on every order;
Responsibilities:
The embroiderer will be particularly in charge of the framing, programming, set-up, machine operation and finishing
Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in embroidery (preferably using Tajima machines)
- Knowledge of various embroidery styles and techniques is essential
- Experience with the full embroidery process
