The Double Puff technique is similar to 3D whereby one piece of foam is layered on top of another. Each exposed level is embroidered separately. FW Double Puff embroidery is also completely water-resistant and will not change shape or shrink during washing. FW Double Puff embroidery is available on all FW Apparel or Headwear styles. 3D puff embroidery adds texture and dimension to any logo and has set a new industry standard. To carry out 3D Puff embroidery, the thread is tightly wound over a foam cut-out of the logo. The foam is completely water-resistant, ensuring the logo will not change shape or shrink during washing.
